What should be very clear to all of our readers is that deceit, dishonesty, backstabbing, and fraud will not be tolerated in our community. Anyone who can’t understand that should stay out of New Baltimore Town Hall, stop interfering with New Baltimore town business, and stay clear of the rest of us.
Obviously, Robert M. Nolan, Nolan Propane, Michael J. Biscone, and Zachery “Little Judas” Miller, are unwelcome in good company in New Baltimore.

It’s ironic that Robert Nolan and Michael Biscone are so interested in safety in New Baltimore, when Nolan Propane is right in the middle of a heavy traffic area on Rt 9w, right in the middle of a built up municipal area, Ravena, in very close proximity to a number of public commercial retail businesses. Maybe Nolan and Biscone should clean up their own back yards. What do you think?
As mentioned in previous articles, Zachery “Little Judas” Miller, has earned the dubious and shameful distinction of the Judas of New Baltimore, when he turned his back on his community to become the plaything and fool of Robert “Rob” Nolan of Nolan Propane, and Michael J. Biscone, Nolan’s dog lawyer, and become the fake plaintiff in a lawsuit aimed at forcing the Town of New Baltimore Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals to withdraw their approval of a Special Use Permit to Albright’s Garage, to install a propane distribution site in New Baltimore.
The reason for this lawsuit is plain: Nolan has a choke hold on Town New Baltimore residents for propane gas, and he doesn’t want to loosen that strangle hold, and let New Baltimore residents have a choice who provides their propane. Nolan is fighting tooth and claw to keep his monopoly and control of New Baltimore residents, and Michael Biscone can’t lose this battle, otherwise his ass is grass as far as Robert Nolan and Nolan Propane is concerned. If Biscone loses again in the second round – he was shamed and lost the first round – his ego will suffer a significant blow; at his age, Mikey “Old-man Balls” Biscone could very likely have a fatal stroke, which would rid the world of on huge rat. That’s the up-side but let’s get back to business.
Obviously, any lawsuit is a risky business, so Nolan doesn’t want to risk another defeat, and Michael Biscone, the rat-dog that he is, is not beneath lies, deceit, and fraud, as we’ll point out below. So what do these two snakes do? They find a lackey, a pawn, who is stupid enough or gullible enough to disgrace and shame himself, and play the fall-guy, so that Rob Nolan and Nolan Propane can continue to be nuisances in New Baltimore, and Michael Biscone can play lawyer, this time partnering up with an Albany law firm, Young and Sommer, to continue being jerks in New Baltimore.
Nolan and Biscone found just the right dumbass to be their sacrificial lamb: Zachery M. Miller, dubbed the Judas of New Baltimore.
How did Nolan and Biscone find this insignificant backwoods misfit? He’s right in Nolan’s back yard, working for Nolan. Miller is cutting down trees on Nolan’s property on Fares Road. Question: Does the Department of Environmental Conservation know about this logging operation? Is there any protected habitat or protected wetlands in the area? Does the Town of Coeymans have responsibility or liability in the case of violations? Does the Town of Coeymans require a permit for logging or clearcutting? You’ll understand why we are asking these questions as our discussion proceeds.
On September 10, 2020, at the public meeting of the Town of New Baltimore Planning Board, a large number of New Baltimore residents made an appearance, many of them speaking in favor of the Albright’s propane project. We’ve already reported on this in our previous articles, which we encourage you to read.
Several important facts need to be mentioned in this context: First, neither Zachery M. Miller, the New Baltimore Judas, nor his mother, Stacey Miller, the actual owner of the Hannacroix property where Little Judas lives, never attended a single Planning Board meeting, much less make a comment during any Planning Board meeting. So why the big concern now? We think you already know the answer to that question.
But now we have some very serious questions that relate to Robert Nolan and Nolan Propane, their lack of ethics, their dishonesty, their total lack of integrity, and their scurrilous agenda. Robert Nolan took a back seat while his attorney and dog, Michael J. Biscone, performed a circus clown act for the residents and board members on September 10, 2020. But he didn’t make it very far before sever prominent people called his bluff and shamed him publicly for his deceit and lies. Again, we cover this in our previous articles.
Biscone claimed that New Baltimore residents retained him to represent them, and he presented at least one affidavit, which he claimed authorized him to do so. Problem was, none of the residents he claimed signed the affidavit actually asked him to represent them, and none of them appeared in person at the Planning Board meetings or to comment on the project. Now isn’t that interesting? Here’s who allegedly signed the affidavit submitted by Biscone (signatures dated June 22, 2020):
- Andria Margiasso, 4007 Route 51, Hannacroix
- Louis LaFalce, 13761 US Rt 9W, West Coxsackie
- Jacqueline A. Davis, 40 Falce Drive (13689 US Rt 9W), West Coxsackie
In a separate so-called affidavit authorizing Michael Biscone to represent them in the Planning Board’s consideration of the Albright’s application, John Anatriello and his wife, Nicole Anatriello, signed the statement on June 25, 2020. But there’s more to the Anatriello’s than meets the eye. The Anatriello’s allegedly also denied signing the statement. And then there’s the Anatriello letter (see below).
If these signers allegedly claim they did not authorize Biscone to represent them before the New Baltimore Planning Board. What’s going on here? Typical Biscone representation, that’s what!
OK. Let’s move along here, and discuss two more affidavits we have acquired, this time they’re properly notarized and not just signed by Biscone. In fact, these two affidavits contradict Biscone! These affidavits are dated September 9, 2020, and are signed by Louis LaFalce and Jean LaFalce, the same LaFalce that Biscone claimed he represented, but these two certified affidavits support the Albright’s propane project:
- The one LaFalce affidavit designates Randy Lent to make statements on their behalf before the New Baltimore Planning Board, and authorizes the Planning Board to accept his statements in their consideration of the project, and
- The other LaFalce affidavit reads, “Louis and Jean LaFalce…do NOT oppose the plan for CA Albright’s…propane storage/delivery facility on Route 9W…we believe in allowing small businesses to thrive in our community and think that be denying them to do so is a huge injustice to our town…we believe CA Albright’s will take all necessary precautions…”
The cat hit the fan when Michael Biscone produced a certain letter he claimed was written and sent by John Anatriello and addressed to a number of New Baltimore residents. The letter has no date and does not have a signature. Apparently Biscone, the crook and liar that he is, was not stupid enough to forge Anatriello’s signature.
The fraudulent letter reads in part:
“It is my [John Anatriello’s] pposition that the granting of an application for the construction of a Propane Tank Farm would have serious ramifications on our respective property values and ownership…my property value will dramatically decrease…the issue of a safety concern would become paramount…[i]t is my hope that our voices will be heard…concerning all of the negative impacts of this project…”
We’d like to note that Nicole Anatriello operates a business right across from Albrights, and the Anatriello’s do business with Albright’s. Anatriello letters Albright’s trucks, and Albright’s delivers fuel to the Anatriello’s and does their automotive repairs. There seems to be a very good relationship between the Albright’s and Anatriello’s, which would not favor any backstabbing by John Anatriello. Seems Anatriello got stabbed in the back by his own brother-in-law, Robert M. Nolan.
Ravena attorney Brendan Baynes came forward and advised the Planning Board that the letter was a fraud. In the course of our research, we have learned from a reliable source that Nicole Anatriello owns a business right across from Albright;s garage.
Here’s the interesting tidbit:
John Anatriello is Rosemarie Nolan’s brother; Rosemarie is Robert Nolan’s wife! Neither John Anatriello nor Nicole Anatriello admit having any knowledge of the letter sent in John A’s name. When Nicole A. told hubby John A. about the letter, John A. allegedly called Albrights to apologize, saying he did not write the letter and had no knowledge of it. There was a huge family argument about the letter and Robert Nolan allegedly apologized to John A. The Anatriello’s are allegedly not pursuing legal action in this fraud because it involves family.
Family or no family, someone wrote the damned letter, sent it, and gave the impression it was John Anatriello who wrote and sent it! Who did that? Robert Nolan? Michael Biscone? Did they conspire to deceive the residents receiving the letter?
Are Robert Nolan and Michael Biscone the kind of people you think you can trust? What with fake and fraudulent affidavits and fake and forged letters? Now they have a fake and fraud lawsuit intended to discredit the Town of New Baltimore, the Planning Board, and the Zoning Board of Appeals, wasting taxpayer dollars and squandering the already scarce resources of the courts!
What’s even worse and more outrageous is that they have enlisted the cooperation of a young, stupid lacky in the person of Zachery M. Miller, the dunce Judas of New Baltimore, who is allowing his name to be associated with fake and fraudulent lawsuit. Can Nolan and Biscone stoop any lower?
Isn’t anyone going to make them accountable for their outrageous conduct?
Would you have known any of this if it weren’t for our interest in protecting our friends, neighbors, and community against Robert Nolan, Nolan Propane, Michael Biscone, and their little Judas, Zachery M. Miller? They should all be banned and shunned, especially Little Judas Miller, who has shamed himself, disgraced his family, and betrayed his community.
In our next installment, we’ll be looking at the rubbish, lies, deception, and stupidity that William Hurst of the law firm of Young and Sommer, LLC (Albany, NY) and Nolan’s dog, Michael J. Biscone (Ravena, NY), have filed in little Judas’ name, on behalf of Robert Nolan and Nolan Propane, although Nolan doesn’t have the guts to come right out and put his name on the lawsuit.
If residents of New Baltimore have any sense, pride, dignity, and guts, they should shame little Judas out of town, send their business to a logger or landscaper who has some integrity. Even more importantly, we need to keep thugs, liars, and crooks out of our community. This means that there’s no place for the Robert Nolans and Michael J. Biscones in New Baltimore, or anywhere, where honest hard-working people make their homes. Nolan, Biscone, and Nolan Propane should be banned from doing business in the Town of New Baltimore by the court of public opinion.
