Zachery “Judas” Miller: Betrayal of the People of New Baltimore

We have obtained court papers recently filed against the Town of New Baltimore, makes outrageous claims, in order to stymie Albright’s propane project at the behest of Nolan Propane of Ravena, NY. A New Baltimore man, Zachery M. Miller, is being used by Robert Nolan (Nolan Propane) and Michael Biscone as the fake plaintiff to cover them.

The lawsuit is being brought against the Town Baltimore and Albright’s Garage, and others in the Town of New Baltimore. The plaintiff, Robert M Nolan and Nolan Propane of Ravena, NY — OH! Apologies! The plaintiff is Zachery M. Miller of 2939 County Route 51, in Hannacroix (Town of New Baltimore — who runs a small business, Miller & Miller Logging and Landclearing, out of his mother’s address at 2939 County Route 51, in Hannacroix. Miller owns no property in the Town of New Baltimore, lives with his mother, operates a so-called logging and land-clearing business out of his mother’s home, apparently survives on a settlement awarded after his father, Matthew Miller, was killed in a motor vehicle accident in 2006.

Who is this nobody who is now joining with Robert M. Nolan of Nolan Propane, and Michael “Old-man Balls” Biscone of Ravena, in a lawsuit against the Town of New Baltimore, the members of the New Baltimore Planning Board, the New Baltimore of Zoning Board of Appeals, Albright’s Garage, in which Miller is claiming that the New Baltimore Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals improperly and unlawfully approved the Special Use Permit granted to Albrights for their Propane Distribution point.

The lawsuit is a nuisance suit planned by Nolan and Biscone to harass and annoy, while wasting thousands in taxpayer dollars, wasting the court’s time and resources, and taking advantage of a local retard, who is allowing the two rats, Nolan and Biscone, to put his name on a deceptive lawsuit. Can anyone be any stupider?

Robert M. Nolan, Nolan Propane, and Michael J. Biscone have already lost in terms of public image and the willingness of residents to trust them. Now they’ve dragged a local dumbass into their mess, so that they can hide behind him — they’ve got themselves a human shield.

Zachery M. Miller is allegedly clearcutting trees on property owned by Robert M. Nolan of Nolan Propane. Nolan was represented by Michael “Old-man Balls” Biscone of Ravena, who presented a package of forgeries, misrepresentations, lies, in a clownlike presentation on September 10, 2020, in an attempt to lie his way into persuading the New Baltimore Planning Board to reject the Albrights application. It didn’t work, and the Board, after hearing testimony from a professional engineer specializing in projects like Albrights, and from attorney James Warren is President/CEO. of Coxsackie National Bank, and a number of enthusiastic New Baltimore residents, and an in-depth review of the documents and approvals from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the Department of Transportation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the New Baltimore Fire District, unanimously approved Albright’s application.

So where does this 23-year old nobody come from with a lawsuit against the Town of New Baltimore? Zachery M. Miller hasn’t got a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out; any money he has comes from a settlement received after his father’s death in 2006. Miller was nine at the time. Zachery M. Miller lives with his mother, Stacey Miller, at 2939 County Route 51, in Hannacroix, a district in the Town of New Baltimore.

Miller’s Facebook page shows that he is in a relationship with a Sarah Biszick of Glenmont, with whom he has fathered a child. Biszick promotes Miller’s business on her Facebook page. Can’t blame her. It will ensure she gets child support.

Zackery Miller promotes his business Miller & Miller Logging and Land Clearing on Facebook, and gives his business address as 2939 County Route 51, Hannacroix, New York 12087, in the Town of New Baltimore, a fact we find a bit odd, because that’s his mother’s address. So it looks like he’s living with mom and running a business out of mom’s place. This Zachery M. Miller sounds like a real winner, doesn’t he?

According to Miller, his business “specializes” in “Logging – Landclearing – Excavation – Foundations – Tree Service Work. We offer all your outside needs. Snow Plowing, Landscaping, Light Excavation and Lawn Service.”

This story gets scarier and scarier as we learn more and more about this character and his bizarre activities.

That’s basically what we have on Zachery M. Miller New Baltimore logger and landclearer who does yardwork, cleanup, and landscaping, too.

This is the same Zachery M. Miller who is taking the Town of New Baltimore to court in an attempt to prevent Albright’s Garage, a trusted family-owned business, that has been operating for more than 100 years in the Town of New Baltimore. This raises the question, Why would this 23-year old laborer want to do this? We think we have the answer.

Failed and Shamed in the Town of New Baltimore!

You see, Robert M. Nolan, owner of Nolan Propane, and his hired shyster Michael Biscone, failed miserably to interfere with Town of New Baltimore business and government operations. In fact, Nolan and Biscone were shamed out of New Baltimore Town Hall on September 10, 2020, when they were told they couldn’t be trusted, that Michael Biscone was lying about letters he had made up, and the the affidavits he was presenting were apparently forgeries, because most of the people he claimed made statements denied they had done so, and not a single one showed in up in person to comment on the project. Nolan and Biscone left Town Hall in a hurry, and didn’t look back.

For all intents and purposes, everything Michael Biscone presented was a fraud, a fake. Robert Nolan was getting desperate. Nolan was fast losing his monopoly in the Town of New Baltimore, and that meant that he was going to lose a lot of business, as soon as residents of New Baltimore could chose to use another supplier, one they could trust, and one who is in New Baltimore.

New Baltimore residents are already sending Nolan Propane tanks back to Nolan, anticipating the switch to Albrights. Nolan must be worried, very worried. He lost and now he’s desperate to do anything to save his business and to save face. He’ll do anythng, ANYTHING, to oppose Albrights.

And Robert Nolan and Michael Biscone have no scruples, no morals, they don’t want to enter full view again and risk being shamed AGAIN, and they don’t want to appear like they’re sucking sour grapes. So what do they do? They find a someone to be their fool, their puppet, their pawn. Someone stupid enough to sell his soul to two devils, Nolan and Biscone, and someone with so little self-respect and so little self-esteem, that he’d let himself be used and abused, while betraying the town he and his mother live in. Has he sold his soul for a couple of logs, we wonder? This is where Zachery M. Miller comes into the picture.

Hey, Zack! Do ya feel like a sucker?

Well, let’s look at it from the money point of view. Zachery M. Miller doesn’t have the smarts to figure things like this out for himself. He doesn’t have the money to pay for such an expensive lawsuit. William A. Hurst of the Albany law firm of Young/Simmer, LLCA and Michael Biscone are the lawyers involved and representing Zachery Miller. Question: How does a 23-year old nobody get to be represented by two very expensive attorneys? Why is this issue so important to Zackery Miller? Why would Zachery Miller give a rat’s ass what Albrights is doing for the community?

You sold out, Zack. But for how much? Was it worth it, Judas?

If Zachery M. Miller were really interested in his community, he’d be doing just the opposite! He’d be congratulating Albrights like the rest of New Baltimore has done, and supporting a New Baltimore business. But that’s not what Zachery M. Miller is doing. He’s betraying New Baltimore and his neighbors; he’s marked now as the Judas of New Baltimore. He’s betrayed his town and his neighbors, shamed himself, and shamed his family!

No one with any decency should associate with, much less do business with the Judas of New Baltimore, Zachary M. Miller. He should be banned, shunned, run out of town. He should be sent to live with his puppet-masters and keepers, Robert M. Nolan and Michel Biscone. Maybe they’ll be able to pay him enough so that he can look his girlfriend and his child in the eye without shame.

What can a mother think of a son who is now known as the Judas of New Baltimore? Does she support him? Does she even know what he’s doing? What would his father think?

We’ll also be looking at some of Nolan’s relatives and how they got pulled into Michael Biscone’s fraudulent letter campaign.

Then there are all those affidavits from people who didn’t even know they were making sworn statements. Again a Biscone fraud in which Robert Nolan was involved.

You’ve been had Zack! We know you’re not paying for this lawsuit! We know who is! There’s only one way out. Save your ass while you still can: Let the coward Rob Nolan and his dirty little dog Michael J. Biscone come out and do their own dirty work, without dragging you in the mud! Get out while you still can!

Robert M. Nolan is a dishonest and vindictive scoundrel in bed with another low-life, Michael J. Biscone of the Ravena Biscone Law Firm, the pickle who is representing him. Even before those two vulgar outcasts suckered Zachery M. Miller into their webs, no one in New Baltimore would consider doing business with Nolan Propane if they had a choice.

But Zachery M. Miller did and STILL does have a choice. He chose to betray his community, to become the Judas of New Baltimore. That was his choice and he may have to live with it and the same he has brought down on himself and his family. Will he save himself? Or will he go down with his keepers, known liars and vulgar crooks?
