It Seems that the Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer and Building Inspector, Laverne “Larry” Conrad, and his Croney Michael Biscone, Ravena Attorney, Might Have Some Explaining to Do to the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation and to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency. Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca may also have some explaining to do, too.

Well, we’ve recently received a stack of documents on the housing development on Camille Drive in Ravena/Coeymans. It’s an area that has been “developed” by former junk collector, now town of Coeymans Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer, Larry “Laverne” Conrad and Michael Biscone, a shyster Ravena attorney, and a couple of others. Well, the maps and applications indicate that there was once a stream running through the property, a stream that appears to have been part of protected waterways, but as we put together the pieces and look at the documents, it simply disappeared. But it’s still shown on the official maps, which indicates that the offical agencies responsible for mapping waterways are not aware that the stream has disappeared. Is that right Mr Conrad? Mr Biscone? Mr Deluca?

Normally any developer has to get the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to give the OK to mess with natural waterways, especially ones that are associated with protected wetlands but this one seems to have slipped under the radar and Conrad and Biscone apparently never applied for the necessary permits. Repeat: NO PERMITS!

And all the while Laverne “Larry” Conrad and Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca are playing footsies with the DEC and harassing local businesses and calling in the Department of Environmental Conservation to assist in the harassment while they’re doing what they please! The flagrant hypocrisy is sickening!

Not only did the stream disappear, it look like a cluster of appartment buildings have been built on top of it! Ravena and Coeymans have an ongoing spat with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation [DEC] and Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca publishes in his résumé online that he has connections with the DEC but in view of the many citations the DEC has issued against Ravena and Coeymens Deluca doesn’t seem to have much pull there. The only pull Deluca has is misuse of his position at the Coeymans Police Department and his cooperation in the scandalous misuse of public office by town of Coeymans officials and village of Ravena officials, aided by evil shyster Michael Biscone.

The information we have received is extensive and apparently comes right from the town of Coeymans own records. Our next steps, however, will be to make some noise with the Department of Environmental Conservation, get some names, get some documents, ask some questions. Then we’d like to see some fines imposed, just like what happens to local businesses when they get on the wrong side of Laverne “Larry” Conrad or Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca. We’d like to hear from businesses who may have had run-ins with Conrad or Deluca and find out the outcomes…what it cost you to stay in business…Get our gist?

We’d love to hear from Laverne “Larry” Conrad with an explanation. We’d love to see the permits. Maybe Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca can chime in with some bullshit explanation or promise how all this came about? After all, Dirty-Hands Jerry has all the right connections…OOPS! Sorry, MidHudson!
